Quality - Our Brands place quality over profitability, and we mitigate income loss by striving to provide the best quality meals at every festival or event we contract. This results in being the most popular food choice, hence the highest volume concessionaire per foot contracted. Meals are always cooked to order fresh, using nothing but fresh meats, seafoods and vegetables.
Presentation - We are known for the most professional and functional platforms in the business. Our canopies are commercial grade pole tents (Not pop ups) able to withstand near hurricane force winds. We roll in a full gourmet kitchen; high end commercial grade cooking, temperature holding, preparation and sanitary equipment. You will never find coolers or portable bucket wash stations in our space. Our signage is clear, well branded and state of the art, to include a 60" LED Display Screen & Menu, for every fifteen foot section we contract.

Uniqueness - We've chosen the most popular food items in the business, and made them better, by (A) always preparing and cooking each meal to order; (B) Pioneered and Introduced the "Build your own" concept to our Holy Macaroni and Planet Philly brands, and with it's popularity, we will be introducing the "Build your own" concept to our remaining brands. Simply put, we reset the Bar in the festival industry, by serving the freshest, restaurant quality food in the mobile food and festival circuit. As a result, we are seeing more more and more build your own, scratch, and cooked to order concessionaires in the market place.
Performance - Is a balance between serving enough meals to reach levels of profitability, quickly enough to meet the demands of the crowds, and in a manner where the meals served, are of the highest quality per menu space. Most in our industry never reach this level of success. The gourmet food purveyors are stuck at 10-15 meals an hour, the scoop and serve purveyors are serving hours old food, and the in between'rs are still trying to get it right! AMC has carefully selected menu items where, with propriety prep and cooking methods, combined with highly trained professional staff and proper equipment, we are capable of serving very large crowds in reasonable time; while still maintaining fresh, just cooked, gourmet restaurant quality meals! For example, our super star build your own brand, Holy Macaroni, is capable of cooking and serving 160 meals per hour, for every 20 foot of frontage.
Pioneer in The Build Your Own Concept
AMC first introduced "Build Your Own Mac Bowls in 2017, under our brand "Holy Macaroni", and followed with "Planet Philly" in early 2018. For 2020, BYO will be available for our "Dawg House Grill" Burgers, South of the Border Tacos and Burritos, and "All Wrapped Up" Cold and Hot Wraps!

AMC can handle any show as a food concessionaire, incorporating any one or combination of our brands below, working alongside your other vendors; the sole food concessionaire (Our brands only) for your entire show; or as a master concessionaire (A combination of our and other outside brands). AMC Contracts events with frontage ranging from 20 feet (Single Brand), to 100 feet (Multiple Brands in 10 foot increments).
